Who is Lisa Moser?I was born in Marshall County, just north of Lillis, Kansas. Raised on a general crop and livestock farm in Nemaha County, the farm I grew up on has been in my father's family since 1877. Growing up in rural Kansas with deep family roots, the farm is a great place to learn at an early age the value of hard work and work ethic, responsibility, communication and honesty.
I graduated from Kansas State University in December 1981 with a Bachelor of Science degree in the College of Agriculture, Animal Sciences & Industry Production Option. My adult life has been spent in the cattle business, ranching alongside my husband of 44 years this past January 2026. We have 3 children, all married, and we have been blessed with 11 grandchildren, 4 boys and 7 girls.
